WAYS TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION:
OPTION 1 (Preferred): Online Application
To apply for the Committed Affordable For-Sale Units Program electronically, you must click on the link below.

This link will take you to the Prince William County Housing and Community Development Participant Portal. At the Participant Portal:
- Sign up to create a user account
- Once logged in, click on Start Application for the Committed For-Sale Units Program
- If you have to stop and come back later, you may click “Save”. In each application section, after all information has been filled in, click “Complete & Continue”.
OPTION 2: Download and Email
If you choose to download the application, please submit a complete application package to [email protected].

- Lender Pre-Approval Form- Must be filled out by lender of choice, signed by lender and applicants.
OPTION 3: Traditional Mail
If you are unable to submit an application electronically or wish to be provided with a paper application, you may call 703-792-3378 and leave your contact information to receive an application by mail, or send an email request to [email protected].
